Stinger Golf Products Warranty 

All Stinger Golf Products products are backed by the Australian Manufacturer’s Warranty and come with automatic guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Law. In the unlikely event that your Stinger Golf Product develops a problem simply email info@stingergolf.com.au  and our National Customer Service Team will attend to your concerns with a minimum of delay.

The Warranty is given by Stinger Golf Australia.  Distributor of the Stinger Golf Product range and associated accessories relating to the Golf Buggy and Golf Bag range.

The Warranty applies to the Buggy identified by the serial number found on the underside of the Golf Buggy.

The Warranty is fully transferable to all owners of the Buggy and Golf Bag as long as they are within the country of purchase during the Warranty period.

Warranty Period
  • Stinger golf buggyrange– 1 year from date of purchase
  • Stinger golf buggy & bag bundle – 1 year from date of purchase
  • EZ Version 8 golf buggy– 1 year from date of purchase
  • EZ Version 8 golf buggy& bag bundle – 1 year from date of purchase
Important Notice

In the unlikely event that you need to make a Warranty Claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase. The easiest way to provide proof of purchase is to retain your receipt or purchase order number in a safe place.

Warranty Conditions

All Stinger Golf Buggies purchased in Australia are covered by a 1-year warranty from date of purchase. The Stinger Golf Bags and Accessories are covered by a 1-year Warranty from date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage, damage or faults caused by the following items are not covered by the Stinger Golf Products Warranty.

  1. Abuse misuse, or neglect of the Buggy, Golf Bag or Accessories.
  2. Failing to operate the Buggy, and or Accessories as set out in the operating manual and detailed instructions supplied with the buggy
  3. Accidental damage
  4. Damage or fault caused to Buggy, or Accessories by a motor vehicle accident
  5. Damage or fault caused by flood, torrential rain, Buggy and or Golf Bag being submerged in water or use of a pressure washer directly on the items
  6. Operation of the Buggy, or Accessories after a defect is known
  7. Damage or fault caused by chemicals, solvents, salt, fire etc
  8. Installation or use of parts and accessories not supplied or approved by Stinger Golf Products
  9. Any repairs or alterations to the Buggy carried out by anyone not authorized by Stinger Golf Products
  10. Damage caused to the Buggy and or Golf Bag by being rolled over
  11. Damage being caused to the Buggy and or Golf Bag through letting the buggy roll down hills unattended
  12. Damage to the Buggy, Smart and Golf Bag or any Accessories including the umbrella holder as a result of the umbrella being left open during windy conditions or the buggy being left unattended during windy conditions
  13. Damage or fault due to Buggy and or Golf Bag being stolen
  14. Buggy or Golf Bag not being used in country it was purchased
  15. Damage or defects to the buggy as a result of the attachment of battery powered electric wheels
  16. Damage caused by use of the Buggy and or Golf Bag being used outside the intended purpose Buggy and or Golf Bag were designed for
  17. Warranty does not cover Stinger Golf Products being used for commercial purposes and or hire

Please note that these warranty conditions are provided in addition to the Australian Consumer Law and do not limit or replace that law.

Provided none of the above conditions apply, costs relating to a Warranty Claim will be covered by Stinger Golf Australia.

 

 

         

AJM Autodrive Lithium Battery & Charger Warranty Conditions.

This warranty is given by AJM Autodrive for this Lithium Battery and Charger.  The warranty applies to the Lithium Battery & Charger identified by the serial number found on both the Battery and Charger. The warranty is transferable to all owners of the Battery and Charger providing it is within the country of purchase during the Warranty period.

This Lithium Battery and Charger purchased in Australia from the AJM Autodrive Website are covered by a 2YEAR WARRANTY from date of purchase.

Please note that these warranty conditions are provided in addition to the Australian Consumer Law and do not limit or replace that law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage, damage or faults caused by the following items are not covered by the AJM Autodrive Warranty:

  1. Abuse, misuse or neglect as set out in the operating manual supplied with the products.
  2. Accidental damage
  3. Damage or fault caused to battery/ charger by a motor vehicle accident.
  4. Damage or fault caused by water, flood, torrential rain, submerging in water or the use of a pressure washer.
  5. Use of the products after a defect is known.
  6. Damage or fault caused by chemicals, solvents, salt, fire etc.
  7. Installation or use of parts and accessories not supplied or approved by AJM Autodrive.
  8. Any repairs or alterations to the battery/charger carried out by anyone not authorized by AJM Autodrive.
  9. Damage caused to battery/charger casings due to accidental related issues.
  10. Damage to battery or charger caused by overheating due to not being used in a well-ventilated area.
  11. Damage or fault due to products being stolen.
  12. Battery or charger not being used in the country which they were purchased in.
  13. Damage to battery by leaving it discharged for extended periods.
  14. Damage caused by use of the battery/charger outside of its intended purpose or not being used in line with the operating instructions supplied.
  15. The use of the battery/charger for commercial purposes and/or hire.
  16. Battery/Charger must be stored undercover out of the weather when not in use.
  17. Provided none of the above applies, costs relating to the warranty claim will be paid for by AJM Autodrive.

 

How to make a Warranty Claim

 

Important Notice: - To make a Warranty Claim you will need to provide proof of purchase.  The easiest way to provide proof of purchase for your Lithium Battery and Charger is to retain this Warranty Card in a safe place.

If the fault is deemed to be a Warranty Claim by our Technical Advisors and the Lithium Battery or Charger are within their respective Warranty Periods, then all costs relating to replacements will be carried out free of charge.
