AJM Autodrive Returns Policy
- All returns or requests for refunds must firstly be submitted via email within 7 days of receiving the delivery of your order. Please email info@ajmautodrive.com.au and include the order number, personal details, reason for return or refund & images of damage if applicable.
- If you’re unable to return the products in it’s original packaging, or if the packaging is damaged, then a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will be deducted from any refunds issued.
- Please be careful when repackaging, as if this is done incorrectly and the product is damaged in transit then it may void your refund request.
- All claims will be assessed on a case by case basis by our warranty and returns department onsite.
- It’s important to note that all product return costs will be covered by the customer and will not be included in any refunds issued.

- Products which have been purchased in a bundle can only have the individual item of concern replaced or refunded and not the complete bundle unless deemed faulty.
We have taken great care with our images to ensure all products are an accurate representation of our products. We cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the product.
